Visit Information and Hours

The museum welcomes everyone with an interest in learning more about New Hampshire’s exciting aviation history.  We are located in Grenier Field’s (now the Manchester/Boston Regional Airport) historic terminal building, which has been authentically restored to its Art Deco glory.  Our doors are open for you during regularly scheduled hours:

 Museum Hours

Friday and Saturday        10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday                                1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The museum can also be opened for visitors and groups by special arrangement.  To schedule your visit, please contact the museum staff at 603.669.4820 during Museum operating hours.  If we are serving other visitors at the time of your call, please leave a message on our voice mail and we will return your call. Admission to the Museum is free and donations are accepted at the door. The Museum is staffed by volunteers of the New Hampshire Aviation Historical Society and all donations received support exhibits and museum operations and maintenance.

 What Will I See?

Museum exhibits cover persons, places, events and artifacts related to the aviation history of New Hampshire. The information presented about the pioneering men and women who have represented New Hampshire in the air will take you back in time and might even change the way you think about New Hampshire, especially the contributions out State has made to the aviation history of America and the world.  There are no full size aircraft on exhibit at this time.

The museum presents live programs covering aeronautical history and aviation related science. A schedule of our current offerings may be found by clicking “Events” on our home page.

 Facilities and Special Events

The museum can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 20 people for tours and programs. Dining facilities are not generally available for group visits, although catering may be arranged with prior planning. For information regarding accommodations and catering for special events please contact the museum.
