During the month of February 2017 (during normal business hours), Aviation Museum of NH Members can visit the Discovery Center by showing their membership card and visa-versa. Some additional/special charges may apply.

The Legend of Pancho Barnes and The Happy Bottom Riding Club

February 24, 2017, 7 PM, At the Museum

This is a video documentary profile of one of the most colorful and accomplished female pilots of the early 20th Century. Florence ''Pancho'' Barnes became the first female stunt pilot in Hollywood in 1929 and shattered Amelia Earhart's air speed record in 1930. In the 1940's and 50's, Pancho entertained the best test pilots in the world - men with the right stuff - at her ''Happy Bottom Riding Club'' guest ranch near Edwards Air Force Base.

Silent Movie Double Feature with Live Music - Friday, March 24, 2017

Jeff Rapsis will return to the museum by popular demand, after a recent sold out performance! Join us Friday March 24 for a silent film double feature to be screened with live musical accompaniment.  This "Dare-Devil Aviation Double Feature", will include two silent films to be shown back to back starting at 7 p.m. in the exhibit space of the museum. There will be a cash bar reception starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 for museum members and $20 for non-members.  Seating is limited.  Tickets may be purchased on the website: www.aviationmuseumofnh.org. Aviation Education High School Course Open House - Wednesday, April 5, 2017

Are you interested in learning more about our FREE aviation education course offered to NH high school students? Exeter, Londonderry, and Manchester high schools offer a full credit for this exciting course. Join us Wednesday, April 5, 3-6 PM to learn more. The course instructor, students, and museum staff will give tours and provide information about the course. Free admission.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Museum - Saturday, April 15, 2017

Join us for our 2nd annual Easter egg hunt at the Aviation Museum of NH! Ages 4 and under will hunt for eggs at 10AM.  5 and up will begin at 10:30.  Please be sure to be on time so you don't miss out on finding eggs! Stay for a craft in our classroom. Regular museum admission applies. Museum members receive free admission!

Second Saturday@Museum

Join us for these interesting and informative sessions.  The “Second Saturday@Museum” programs are included as part of your admission fee (members are free) and are held in the Vincent Devino Classroom from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon unless otherwise posted with the event description.

The Aviation Museum of New Hampshire has received a donation of a Homebuilt Biplane, which is now on display at the museum. This is the first complete aircraft on display within the museum.
