Presentation by Amy L. Corbett, FAA Regional Administrator Women in Aviation, International (WAI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of women in all aviation career fields and interests. The 8,000+ membership includes astronauts, corporate pilots, maintenance technicians, air traffic controllers, business owners, educators, journalists, flight attendants, high school and university students, air show performers, airport managers and many others. Amy L. Corbett, FAA Regional Administrator, serves on the Board of Directors for WAI and is the Chair of the Education Committee. We are honored to host Ms. Corbett as our guest speaker. Join us for this informative presentation about WAI and learn more about how you can get involved. The presentation will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 9, 2013 in the Devino Classroom of the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire, 27 Navigator Road, Londonderry, NH 03053. Seating is limited and is included in the price of admission to the museum.

| The Aviation Museum of NH is pleased to announce a new, fully accredited, aviation class for Manchester High School juniors and seniors, starting in September of 2012. The class, based on a NASA program called Virtual Skies, will be held and taught at the museum. The classroom has been setup with desks, donated by the FAA in Burlington, MA and outfitted with a “state of the art” projection system called Brightlink. Read more... |
